Our hotel, Hotel Montag, gave us our first taste of local German cuisine...
I still don't know the name of this soup but, it was SO good! It was a cream based, rice and chicken soup. Very good!
The waiter brought out large bowls of peas and carrots and the entree, pork and spatzle. Also, very good!
German Chocolate Cake!Yummy!
